The USI-CMHCSconducted a two-day Defence Civilians’ Capability Development Programme on 6-7 April2022 under the direction of the MoD. Since the MoD has a distinct ethos and culture which isaside from the other ministries, there is a need to orientate newcomers as wellas re-orientate those on temporary tenures about the history, organization,structures, achievements, policy, and initiatives of the Ministry of Defence of India.Theparticipants in the course expressed their appreciation for the lectures, andsuggestions for the following courses are already under consideration.
