The USI has its own restaurant (called the Retreat) and a small banquet hall (called The Pavilion) used for official purposes. These function for breakfast, lunch and dinner on all days except National holidays i.e., 26th January, 15th August, 02nd October. The Residency has 30 rooms, five apartments and One Roof Top Hut (all AC), and is supported by a 24 hour Reception Desk and Coffee Shop. Taxi for dropping can be made available. Current rates for accommodation are as under:-
