General Bipin Rawat Memorial Lecture

General Bipin Rawat, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, Sm, VSM, ADC, Padma Vibhushan (Posthumously), India’s first Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) was a legendry General who contributed significantly to the strategic security and military transformation of India. To honour the late CDS’s contribution to the armed forces COAS instituted the General Bipin Rawat Chair of Excellence (COE) on 15 March 2022.  In addition to COE, it has been decided to hold the General Bipin Rawat Memorial Lecture in the month of Dec every year.
