The MoU was signed on 19 March 2024 to jointly collaborate in the Geopolitical scan and its global, regional and country-specific implications; Strategic security scan with particular reference to Multi-domain Warfare and Grey Zone conflict; Study of Niche and Disruptive Technology; UN Peace Operations and Peacebuilding; Defence and diplomacy; Cross-domain skill development.
