Temporary Library Membership for Research Students

The United Service Institution of India (USI) is pleased to introduce a Temporary Library Membership scheme to facilitate access for bona fide research students engaged in academic work in areas of strategic and security studies.

This membership provides access to the USI Library for reading and reference purposes only (no issue of books). It is available for a period of 30 days on payment of ₹500, with an option for extension for an additional 30 days on the same terms, subject to approval.

Applicants are required to submit an application physically through their institution, along with a valid institutional ID. In cases where the applicant belongs to an institution with which USI has an MoU, the membership may be granted gratis on a case-to-case basis.

This initiative aims to support serious researchers by providing access to USI’s rich knowledge resources while maintaining institutional protocols.
