Signing of MOU
On 27th March 2024, the United Service Institution (USI) of India and MGIMO University, Russia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU was signed by Maj Gen RS Yadav, VSM (Retd), Director CS3, USI, and Amb. Kirill M Barskiy, Head of the department of Diplomacy, MGIMO University, Russia. Both institutions will jointly work with the objective to enhance their understanding of India and Russia’s challenges and perspectives on the changing global order. This MOU will provide a framework for cooperation in the fields of research and promote exchange of ideas.
