All facilities are air conditioned, fitted with
audio system and projection facilities. Generator back up is
available. Bookings can be done through the Deputy Director
(Administration). Charges for 8 hours are as under (for bookings

The USI has its own restaurant (called the Retreat) and a small banquet hall
(called The Pavilion).
These function for breakfast, lunch and dinner on all days except National holidays i.e., 26th January, 15th August,
02nd October. The Residency has 30 rooms, five
apartments and One Roof Top Hut (all AC), and is supported by a 24 hour
Reception Desk and Coffee Shop. Taxi for dropping can be made available.

reference and pay Rs. 200/- as Temporary Membership fee
to cover a period of up to two weeks stay. Government taxes and service
charges are extra. Walkin facility is not available in the Residency;
