Auditorium & Seminar Rooms
All facilities are air conditioned, fitted with audio system and projection facilities. Generator back up is available. Bookings can be done through the Deputy Director (Administration). Charges for 8 hours are as under (for bookings for the priod after 01 Aug 2007):-

Restaurant and Residency
The USI has its own restaurant (called the Retreat) and a small banquet hall (called The Pavilion). These function for breakfast, lunch and dinner on all days except National holidays i.e., 26th January, 15th August, 02nd October. The Residency has 30 rooms, five apartments and One Roof Top Hut (all AC), and is supported by a 24 hour Reception Desk and Coffee Shop. Taxi for dropping can be made available.

Non-Members are required to have a good reference and pay Rs. 250/- as Temporary Membership fee to cover a period of one week and Rs. 400/- for 8-14 days stay. Government taxes and service charges are extra.
